Description
Deilur was a woman of the Uch-lûth when the Ox-clan lived in Dunland proper more than fifty years ago, at the southern edge of the Starkmoor. She was the foremost tailor of the Uch-lûth before they were decimated by an orcish raid led by Maushkán. The Needle of Many Leagues was once hers.
