Tactical Information

Cry of the Valar has multiple uses for a Red Minstrel. Red Minstrel's common damage rotation is [Powerful Skill] - Piercing Cry - Minor/Perfect Ballad. This skill can be used as the "Powerful Skill" when all other skills are on cooldown, or in an AoE situation, after Call of Oromë and Cry of the Wizards have been used. Using Lesser Anthem II - Dissonance will reset the cooldown of this skill, making it be used more frequently in AoE situations.

Cry of the Valar has the added benefit from removing corruptions on all targets damaged. Minstrels should pay attention to enemy abilities that apply corruptions en-masse, and should save this skill for use in those situations.
