Using this skill applies 
Clever Retort to the Burglar. While active, the Burglar gains access to Personal Maneouvres.
The Burglar has 4 new abilities made available:
Using one of these skills adds a Gambit to the Personal Maneouvre panel. If the Burglar arranges a valid combination of Gambits, the 
Personal Maneouvre skill can be used to use the created skill. A list of valid combinations can be found below. Only one Gambit can be used for each Clever Retort.
