Cities are the largest type of Settlement, surpassing Towns in area, population, and importance.
They usually offer a wide variety of services, many NPCs with or without quests, and have a bustling feel to them. They often have an auctioneer, and most have their own map.

Cities are usually defined by having their own yellow Area pop-up when entering city limits, but a few may have a simple white landmark text.
