Character Vault

The Character Vault is private and cannot be accessed by any other character.

Every character receives their initial 30-item Vault space for free.
Items that are bound to the character can be stored in the shared vault, but quest items can only be stored in the Character Vault. (Some items cannot be stored in a Vault at all.)
Each upgrade adds 15 slots to the Character's storage space, only for the purchasing character!
The first six upgrades (Tier I - VI) can be purchased for in-game coin or from the Lotro Store.
Tiers VII and up can only be purchased with LOTRO Points from the Lotro Store.
Only one Vault Upgrade is available at any given time - they cannot be purchased out of order, and they cannot be purchased all at one time. If you have purchased Upgrade I, then you will see Upgrade II available in the store. After you purchase Upgrade II, then you will see Upgrade III available.
Note: You must open your in-game vault at least once prior to purchase of any upgrade.

The first six Vault Upgrades can be purchased for in-game Gold. The remainder must be purchased in the on-line store for LOTRO Points .
