Description
Celethros can be found near the dungeons of Felegoth in Eryn Lasgalen, in Eryn Lasgalen and the Dale-lands.
He and his friend Aeleth were two of the Raft-elves who were visiting Esgaroth when Thorin's Company arrived, nearly eighty years ago. Since that day, he has spent that time of year, every year, trying to solve the mystery of how the dwarves escaped.
