I am uncertain about decorated and adorned. Are there more types as well? With the new scroll icons I mean. Remember to make obsolete the old icons, or delete them.
- The table looks great, and is correct as far as I can tell, but I recommend caution with replacing or deleting old icons. The scroll cases at the skirmish crafting vendor, for example, still have the old icons at all tiers except for the decorated and adorned scroll cases.

- A number of tiers now have regular (not sure if its common or uncommon mob drops) and rare (usually quest rewards). Compare the scroll cases from mob drops with the rewards from the bounty quests in Barrow Downs and North-east Bree-land. That means there are two flavours, if you will, of scroll case at some tiers where previously you only got the scroll cases from quests. The rare cases almost always drop one use recipes, while the regular cases will drop any recipe in the tier. I think the only distinguishing feature is the color of the icon.
