Roving Threat quests - lower rep standing required?

Can anyone confirm that the 3 Roving Threat quests in Ringló Vale now only require completion of A Ruthless End (unchanged) and minimum Acquaintance standing with Men of Ringló Vale? Probably true. I personally have been playing my Beorning now in Lothlorien, lately.

Many changes were made with respect to Roving threats and others in Update 16 and 16.1.
