Description

Cadarn is a companion of Luingil, found sitting at the campsite of Echad Lendir in Central Anfalas. Presumably, he and his elven friends are on their way to Iáphel in Pinnath Gelin, to sample the wine there. Although Luingil is involved in a couple of quests, Cadarn himself takes no part in them.
