This effect is present on mobs inside Delving Missions when they are on low health. At spawn, they start with the Blood Rage High effect.
Quest Information
- Blood Rage Low I is inflicted by Creatures during Delving Missions of tier 4 until tier 8, when Variant 3 - Malice 4 is active.
- Blood Rage Low II is inflicted by Creatures during Delving Missions of tier 11 and higher, when Variant 3 - Malice 11 is active.
