Blood Rage High I is inflicted by Creatures during Delving Missions of tier 4 until tier 8, when  Variant 3 - Malice 4 is active.
Blood Rage High II is inflicted by Creatures during Delving Missions of tier 11 and higher, when  Variant 3 - Malice 11 is active.
