Beltáni

The Beltáni is a people who has been attempted to be subjugated by Ordâkh for decades. They maintain their home in the oasis bastion of Ahâba, where they are slowly opening up to make bonds with outsiders to withstand the continued assault by their enemy, the Empire of Ordâkh. The Beltáni have lived in Idagâl since before the land was dry. They are primarily heerders, and once roamed freely across the fruitful grazing land. The Din of Stone and the drying of the lake has forced them to stay near their oasis, and attacks by Ordâkhai have led to several Beltáni being imprisoned in the gaol south of the lake-bed, Esh Mêkag.
