Alphlanc (Sindarin for Neck Like a Swan) is found at a Scout camp at the Last Bridge. ^{[33.4S, 23.0W] [33.4S, 23.0W]}

She, along with Rochwen and a Stable-master, is camped in the furthest east of the Lone-lands, just at the eastern abutment, almost in the Trollshaws. They are charged to watch out for evil travellers. Alphlanc is the sister of Candelleth who is camping much further east.
