This effect is granted when the Mariner's balance enters 7 
or above.
The base effect is -5% Incoming Damage. The blue-line set bonus 
Defensive Posture increases the potency by 10%, and the trait 
Fighting Smarter increases the potency by up to 5%.
While 
Balanced Traveller is applied to the Mariner, the potency of this effect is increased by 15%.
The trait 
One With the Sea increases the duration of this effect by up to 5 seconds.
