Description
This effect will activate due to the efforts of Player Characters taking part in Player vs Player activity including Quests & Objectives in the Ettenmoors.
This effect appears in two separate buffs to every player character in every region of Middle-earth whenever the Free Peoples have obtained control of both Relics and at least some of the Ettenmoors Keeps (see below for details).
- This effect can change to Peace and Quiet depending on the sway of battle.
This bonus effect represents an objective for Free Peoples to defeat the Army of Angmar(Creeps) in the Ettenmoors.
- Experience boost portion of this buff, including the icon, will be removed in the event a player is using Halted Experience.
Relics:
- Requires The Gift of the Carrock be held by the Free Peoples in the Ettenmoors at Ost Ringdyr.
- Requires The Fragment of Mordírith's Crown be held by the Free Peoples in the Ettenmoors at Ost Ringdyr.
Locations to Capture:
This buff varies based on overall capture and control of Ettenmoors Keeps as follows:
- When one of the following four Ettenmoors Keeps are controlled by the Freeps, Grimwood Lumber Camp, Lugazag, Tol Ascarnen, Tírith Rhaw
- When all four Ettenmoors Keeps are controlled by the Freeps, this buff upgrades to Peace and Quiet
As Keep control changes sides the buff can be replaced by Peace and Quiet, though any variation of the two types will stay active as long as Freeps control at least one Ettenmoors Keep.
