White-hand Half-orc city

The White Hand Orcs are the fighting force of Saruman, as opposed to the weaker fighters who toil in the mines or forests and are simply called "Isengard Half-orcs". These formidable foes range far and wide, reaching far-off destinations such as the Bree-land and the Lone-lands, the better to maintain the iron grip that their master demands.
