Effect Information
This effect was part of the Helm's Deep "pre-release" festival and was bestowed when the Bounders reached their fund-raising goal for the Bounder's Bounty. This effect persisted until the release of Helm's Deep.
The Bounder's Boon buff was disabled for both sides in the Ettenmoors.
