Hi there! You worked hard on that War-captain's stuff today! Way to go and thanks so much for sticking with it until you got everything just right (and also for removing Radiance from the Aurochs armour - we have a lot of catching up to do in that respect), hahah. Keep it up. :) Sethladan 17:44, 6 April 2011 (EDT)
Thanks, I am also working on getting the sets done for the rest of the level 65 Helegrod gear, once that is done I will move on to the level 60 gear and so on.KermitZ06 13:15, 8 April 2011 (EDT)
Hi again - quick note on categorizing: try not to put articles in categories that are subcategories of one another. For example, with Dragon-scale Armour (Level 65), it's in Helegrod Armour and Item Sets, but Helegrod Armour is also in Item Sets. Usually we keep things in the most specific category(ies) possible. Let me know if that doesn't make sense - there's a guidelines page about it...somewhere... Otherwise, I'm glad you have so much enthusiasm for this armour sets business; you're right in that there's a lot to do, mostly a ton of data entry. Sethladan 15:07, 9 April 2011 (EDT)
Ahh I see, I did nest categories, I will make sure I change that back. I am trying to be as organized as possible, and trying to follow the guidelines here as well. Mainly I have just been doing a lot of data entry like you said, fun right? :-/ I found a lot of pages on sets that I linked below for myself. Also when it comes to organizing things. I don't want to change too much and be that guy, so I will ask before I change anything that would involve deleting pages i.e. my idea below for putting all Helegrod gear into one table instead of nine seperate pages. Being organized is definitely awesome, and I can appreciate your not wanting to be the guy that rocks the boat, heh (I was that guy when I started, hahah). If you ever want to discuss or get feedback on something, our IRC channel is becoming one of the best ways to do that (you probably saw the note at the top of the site over the past week). Otherwise, it's pretty hard to really "break" anything around here, so if you see a better way to do something, by all means suggest it. Sethladan 15:11, 10 April 2011 (EDT)
P.S. If you like, you can move these tables below to User:KermitZ06/Sandbox - a lot of editors create a personal "sandbox" to play around with ideas and formatting and testing. I have three, haha, because I'm always doing too many things at once. Oops.
Me again, sorry for all the spam on your talk page now, hahah. I just wanted to clarify my earlier comment about categorizing: Nesting categories is absolutely the right thing to do, you were spot-on with that. What I was trying to caution you against was putting a page into two categories that are nested. That is, you originally put Dragon-scale Armour into Helegrod Armour (absolutely correct). By virtue of it being in Helegrod Armour, though, it's -already- in Item Sets (just one category down), so you don't need to put it in Item Sets, too. Sorry, I hope that was a little more clear; all categories should be in another category (except for Category:Lord of the Rings Online, which is sort of the be-all-end-all omnibus category). OK I'm back, was very busy at work for a bit there so didn't have any time to do what I really enjoy :-). I see what you are saying about the nesting categories now, it all makes sense. I will get back to work on the Hele gear sets and clean it all up. --KermitZ06 09:54, 18 April 2011 (EDT)
Welcome back! Glad you enjoy this stuff, hahah. I always say, enjoying the game comes before laboring on the wiki, but real life always comes first. :-P Sethladan 12:35, 18 April 2011 (EDT)

Helegrod Armour Category page(s)

I created a new page to categorize level 65 Helegrod gear sets, Category: Helegrod Armour (Level 65) if that is not quite right, or if I should move all helegrod gear to the same category regardless of level please let me know. I changed it from Category: Radiance Armour due to the fact that Radiance does not exist anymore. KermitZ06 13:15, 8 April 2011 (EDT)

Collaboration on Armour Sets

Hio! I noticed there are a few editors who have done some work on armour sets recently, and I wanted to give you guys the opportunity to collaborate more closely if you'd like. These are Aesch, Amphoras, KermitZ06, and Neum, among others. If you guys want to touch base with each other so you're all on the same page, I figure that'll help everyone's work go smoother. Also, I can set up (or you guys can) a project page specifically for Armour Sets so you have one central place to discuss/plan. Let me know if I can help with anything and keep up the good work. :) Sethladan 15:33, 10 April 2011 (EDT)
