Interesting... while looking for these Riddles, I found a "new" section in my COMPLETED quest log

"Moria Hidden Content" -- one of the quests there is labeled:

Hiding content - DNT - Quest:Riddles in the Locks.

Which is part of the Riddles in the Dark Quest Chain.

  • [55] Riddles in the Tomb
  • [52] A Riddle in an Old City
    • [52] Riddles in the Stone
  • [57] Riddles in the Flames
    • [57] Riddles in the Walls

Completing the above quests then unlocks: [58] Riddles in the Sunshine .
