Item Information
A mount decoration is an item created when a player drags a mount skill onto a Hitching Post and spends a Steed Halter in exchange for a permanent item. The item tooltip appears this way when slotted in a hitching post, but has the name and icon of the steed chosen when in a player's inventory.
