A daze is a form of crowd-control that immobilizes a target. The target cannot move or use any abilities throughout the duration of the daze. When a daze expires, the target will have an immunity to dazes for one second. Temporary State Immunity does not affect dazes.
In general, dazes have a longer duration than stuns, but can be broken by damage. However, most dazes cannot be broken within the first few seconds of being cast. Before expiration, a daze can also be overwritten by another incoming daze, stun, root or fear. Because of this, an enemy can be kept in a dazed state indefinitely.
