Description

Colbert the Mad is found at Mincham's Camp, in North Downs. He insists that bears are the primary danger in the area, not the undead or the goblins.

He has a brother who was killed by shades near Amon Amrûn while treasure hunting. Colbert isn't actually mad, but seems to have been under a curse of some sort. After returning the treasure stolen by his brother, Colbert's mind clears.

He reveals that he was a member of a larger group of treasure hunters who can be found at their camp to the north.
