Colbert the Mad is no longer a Provisioner and the appearance is different (look at gallery picture)... Steppenwolf (talk) 23:21, 17 May 2016 (UTC)

Removed the provisioner stuff. The image is taken from the quest Treasures from the Fields or The Madman's Tale. Whether to use that one or the one where he sits down is another story. — Zimoon 10:42, 26 October 2021 (UTC)
