Acquirement

The instructions  Archer Skill: Wounding Arrow, available at level 55, must be purchased from a Skirmish Captain. Once read, the trait will show in the Skirmish Trainer panel for acquirement & upgrade.

Quest Information

Rank 1 is automatically granted if you pick the Archer Instructions as the reward for the quest Skirmishes, eliminating the need to purchase the Archer Skill: Wounding Arrow from the Skirmish Captain.
