Trait Interactions

• The trait  Exalted in the Benediction of Peace trait tree increases the duration of the Word of Exaltation bubble by up to 6 seconds.
  
• The trait  Overture of Hope in the Benediction of Peace trait tree makes the Word of Exaltation bubble grant -10% Incoming Damage and +10% Incoming Healing while active, and makes this skill immediately trigger the Bombastic Inspiration expiration heal on the targeted fellow.
  
• Specializing in the Benediction of Peace trait tree makes this skill have a 20% chance to apply Frost Armour.

• Word of Exaltation Cooldown & Bubble Potency decreases the cooldown of this skill by up to 9.9s and increases the bubble potency by up to 38.5%
  

Tactical Information

Word of Exaltation can be used on your self or another enemy. It is most widely used by healing Rune-keepers. Bubbles are extremely powerful, and this skill should be used as much as possible while healing, either on the Fellowship's Tank, or an ally who is at lower health. If a Fire or Lightning Rune-keeper is getting low on morale, they can use Steady Hands before using this skill.
