This effect appears to Creep Player Characters within the Ettenmoors whenever the Army of Angmar and at least some of the Ettenmoors Keeps (see below for details).
- This effect can change to Gift of the Eye depending on the sway of battle.
This bonus effect represents a objective for the Army of Angmar aka Creeps to defeat the Free Peoples in the Ettenmoors.
Relics:
- Requires The Fragment of Mordírith's Crown be held by the Army of Angmar in the Ettenmoors at Dâr-gazag.
- Requires The Gift of the Carrock be held by the Army of Angmar in the Ettenmoors at Dâr-gazag.
Locations to Capture:
This buff varies based on overall capture and control of Ettenmoors Keeps as follows:
- When one of the following four Ettenmoors Keeps are controlled by the Creeps, Grimwood Lumber Camp, Lugazag, Tol Ascarnen, Tírith Rhaw
- When all four Ettenmoors Keeps are controlled by the Creeps, this buff upgrades to Gift of the Eye
As Keep control changes sides the buff can be replaced by Gift of the Eye, though any variation of the two types will stay active as long as Creeps control at least one Ettenmoors Keep.
