War of Wrath

The War of Wrath was a 42 year long conflict between the Host of Valinor and the forces of Morgoth. It was the last part of the Wars of Beleriand and brought about the end of the First Age.

Belligerents in the war include the Edain, the Great Eagles and the Host of Valinor led by Eönwë, Ingwion, Eärendil and Thorondor, among others.

It led to the capture of Morgoth and his expulsion from Arda for all time.
