I don't understand. Morale is 100% correct in your link. Perhaps you didn't know that they changed the way it is presented since Evendim/Book 10.

Old way = Morale cost : 12

New way = Cost : 12 Morale

Notice the new cost format (Evendim change). Also you must know that Book 10 changed Recovery time for Cooldown.

oh yes it's me writing there. I was asking for which quest format to use. Sorry but i don't really see why you think it's not me. (The discussion in the bottom of the page).

But i just noticed the 2 columns and it's weird because i didn't modify these. If i look at the contributions i can't really figure what's going on.
