OK, if I understand well, the tweak can stay in "Item Tooltip" and I've modified "Reputation Item" from
- | rep-category = {{{rep-category|}}}
to
- | rep-category = {{{faction|}}} Reputation Items
& removed the mention of "rep-category" in Template:Reputation Item/doc; Item:Honey-roasted Chicken, Item:Seasoned Beef with Cauliflower & Item:Strawberry Dessert-wine are remodified to remove that "rep-category" and the result is the same.
If you want or not the word "Reputation" in the name of the category, that was not clear, I'll let you remove it or not from the "Reputation Item" template. :)
