I am User:Eleazaros here. I have created a secondary account to enable me to work on skin development for the site without having such skin development impact my "normal" (relative phrase...*snicker*) development workings.

Skin development requires tweaking of the <skinname>.css and .js files to show the differences. As I "finalize" a skin for use, I can collect the pieces together and format them for publishing.

It is quite possible to build skins and "insert" the working code into a skin to preview it. The 2 core files that I will be basing all my skin development upon are:
