Feel free to use these when promoting someone. You can, of course, add to or remove elements as you see fit to add a more personal touch, but this is a good baseline. Please copy from the source of this page or the edit screen, as there is some wiki code, particularly {{BASEPAGENAME}}, for pulling their username for you. Yes, you could just type out their username, but if they ever requested a name change, this would automatically update the name in the post.
