Need to fix Template: Unsigned

Someday I need to make "Template: Unsigned" easier to use.

So that one can cut and paste the line from the history file without having to do all the editing necessary to reverse the sequence.

Currently the param sequence is : <name<|<date-time> need to find a way to reverse that sequence without breaking all of the existing usages.

• If you cut and paste directly from history, you get:

—The preceding unsigned comment was added by 19 December 2013‎ Magill (Contribs • User Talk). - without 2nd virt bar

—The preceding unsigned comment was added by 19 December 2013‎ (Contribs • User Talk) at Magill. - with 2nd virt bar
