Bio
Ceoleof Starboard was born in Rohan, but lived most of her life in the village of Archet in Bree-Land with her father Ceomonsta. Some of her ancestors were sailors, which is where her Surname comes from. Ceoleof grew up wanting to be a ranger, as she admired them. Although she isn't an official ranger, as she is not of Gondorian descent, she is considered their friend and helps them in their work. She is friendly with hobbits and strives to help the rangers protect the hobbits homeland, the Shire. Ceoleof fell in love with the ranger Amdir, but he fell into shadow after being wounded by a Black Rider, and eventually he died. Ceoleof mourns for him and is stricken with grief as she struggles to go on without him.
