Bio
One of the only tycoons in middle earth, Lord Pennyton owns a large estate, Pennyworth Hall, in Rohan. He was in Bree-land trying to set up the world's first hotel chain, when he got caught in Archet during the invasion.
He is good friends with Mayor Goodnough, and has come to Winter-home to negotiate the takeover of the Frostbluff theater.
