Description
Physical Description:
Looks to be about 24-29 years old, ice-blue eyes. About 6.10 feet tall. Strong but not bulky built. Got a barely visible scar runnin' across half his face from the left eyebrow to the nosetip. He have dark-blonde shoulder-long hair and a rather common beard, he rarely brush or combe it though he keeps it clean. He tend to have mud-stain on his boots and the bottom end of his cloak and robes.
Personality Description:
Talks with Rohirric accent. Almost always got a very calm behaviour. This man is a very food-loving sort, always have atleast one apple with him in his pocket and usually also carry around some food ready for cooking. He also has some rather odd skills in brewery, his speciality is well known among his friends, but they rarely dare to drink it. He also grow apples on a spot somewhere in cheetwood wich he aint telling anyone about. Usually he steals his apples at night from a farmer just south of Bree. He own three horses, or rather two, as one of 'em he stole from a Rohan-scout takin' a break, the other two horses he got from a farmer in Bree-Land and another farmer in North-Downs.
He likes climbing rooftops, espessually at rainy nights. He's very agile and loves sneaking into places he's forbidden from, although he keeps that quite secret aswell as most other stuff. He's a good liar but let lesser lies go off easily to make people think he's not that good. Usually he's hanging around in the Prancing Pony, watchin' people from distance and don't make much contact.
Bio
Eovad's secret past:
He was a Outlook-guard at the Gates of Edoras, some corrupted friend of Eovad had been asked to convince Eovad to do something for his master.. Eovad refused and suddenly the following day he was accused to be a traitor and put in the dungeon.
Eovad was let free by some unknown man or woman. He managed to hide on the plain fields from the riders sent out to look for him and bring him back and even stole one of their horses as one were taking a break. He rode towards Gondor but was soon facing a huge warg, without any weapons he were defenceless, but in the last minute he were saved by a group of bandits and later decided to join them.
They were doin' raids on traders travellin' between Gondor and Rohan for some time untill one day most of the Bandit-Party got wiped out by gondorian soldiers that was sent to protect the caravan they attacked.
Eovad and four of his friends survived the slaughter and escaped Gondor and rode to Eriador makin' their way past Rohan along it's border.

History
Decembre TA 2990 - Vaerol's father Rowdrig dies in fever.
January TA 2991 - Vaerol is born.
Novembre TA 3004 - Vaerol starts his private training, aiming to become one of the King's Royal Guard.
Decembre TA 3005 - Vaerol wins his first bar-fight against his cousin.
Mars TA 3006 - Vaerol gets to work as an out-look guard by the gates of Edoras.
January TA 3008 - Vaerol is accused for working for the Dunlendings and is put in jail, same night he escapes with the help of an unknown person.
April TA 3008 - Vaerol gets rescued from a pack of wargs by a band of bandits and takes the name "Rihovar" as he joins their group.
Mars TA 3009 - Rihovar adopts a wolf-puppy and names it Wail.
May TA 3012 - Rihovar becomes second in command for proven skills in fighting and planning assults aswell as being a quite stable person.
July TA 3015 - The bandit-party rides to Anorien and makes up a hideout in a cave by the river.
Octobre TA 3015 - The bandits raids a gondorian carravan within the borders of Gondor. It was a great success, and the bandits take the loot to their hideout.
January TA 3017 - Rihovar's tame wolf "Wail" gets killed by a warg.
Septembre TA 3018 - The bandit party charges at another Gondorian caravan but falls into an ambush of Gondorian caravan-guards. Rihovar and four others of the bandit-group manages to escape the slaughter and rides back to their hideout where one of them bleeds to death of fatal injuries.
Octobre TA 3018 - The few surviving bandits disband and head off for different directions trying to find a new life.
Decembre TA 3018 - Rihovar arrives in Bree-Land and takes the name of Eovad.
Extra
Becouse of Eovad's criminal past, and all the travelling people from Rohan, he tries to keep a somewhat low profile, sometimes wearing disguises and such, and also he tries to look creepy and mean to not have too much folks around him trying to get friendly with him. He won't stop beeing cruel and lawless either and try get a normal life since the life he has is all he know, pretending to be nice would be lying bouth to others and to himself, so what would be dishonest work for him is in fact very honest to himself.

While wearing those disguises he also goes by other names, usually he let others picking the names, wearing the armor in picture he's called Mister Bright, Frypan, Ghost, Jhon, etc for an example.
