Description
Physical Description: Unique in its kind, this hobbit can be very deceiving despite its appearance, because despite being an expert smoker and having blacker lungs than Sauron's soul, it moves well in the shadows and the less you expect it has stolen all your belongings.
Personality Description: Tobbyas is an expert to make you happy, if you are sad one day, speak to him, he can make you smile in any situation, by jokes or herbs,, hehe
Bio
Tobold Hornblower came from Longbottom in the Southfarthing of the Shire. Around S.R. 1070 (T.A. 2670), he started to grow true pipe-weed in his gardens, the first recorded Hobbit to do so. He was not much of a traveler, but in his youth, he often visited Bree. He already had a keen interest in herbs, and it is speculated that during one of these visits he learned about pipe-weed and smoking from the Bree-hobbits (who claim to be the first smokers of that herb). Toby, however, never revealed how he came by the weed.
His name, "Old Toby," was given to a variety of weed that was still popular in the late Third Age.

It is known to all that the most famous pipe smoking herb creator in all of Tierra-Media is old Tobby. No one knows exactly what this curious hobbit was thinking when he gave it up to light grass and smoke the truth, yet he is the true creator of the Old Tobby herb. In Laurelin/Meriadoc is the kin master from 'El Códice Olvidado' a friendly kinship to make people happy and share good moments inside LOTRO.
