Bio
A young man with ancient origins, Dalgaldan is the direct and oldest living descendant of Avilian Birdsinger, an ancient being that could control birds through hearty songs (a being related to Tom Bombadil in some way perhaps) before the coming of the elves to the land of Middle-Earth. His family had been in hiding for many generations, hunted by the Enemy for the power they possess. It had been fate that had allowed a band of Hillmen savages to find a tome depicting the current home of the Birdsingers in the ruined Elf-Refuge of Edhelion, and by chance, they discovered the 'Hawksbane's' in their lonely manor in Bree-land. The two sons were hidden by the mother and father before the wild men broke through, and by chance, they were taken away into death's cold embrace. Dalgaldan was but a child, as was his younger brother Ceoald, when they wept over the lifeless corpses of those they loved. They soon fled into Archet, where a young hobbit bard by the name of Meragrim cared for them until Dalgaldan finally decided after many daunting years of harbouring revenge that he would seek those that had murdered his parents. Meragrim did not protest, and even bought Dalgaldan some equipment to combat the darkness.
Dalgaldan won many victories over great beasts of terror over the months he has been active, even including the great Zaudru and the titanic creature Nornagol, and many over adversaries. (Note: Ive killed a lot more than that; don't worry.) It was in Angmar however, when he defeated Mordirith at the side of Calenglad and his allies that Dalgaldan saw a beacon; a beacon of hope, a light in the darkness. He gained revenge on those he sought; the surviving Hill-men from that blood-frenzied attack, where they had then guarded the passage-way into deepest Helegrod. Their leader was there, and he found out the reason for the murders with threats of torture, just before he slew all in a wild fury. When he discovered his lineage, Dalgaldan did not care for it; he merely put it aside and in an enraged vision of destruction he began to kill all that got in his way. His anger eventually calmed, but none would forget the young warrior's rampage. And so, to this day, Dalgaldan still protects those that require it and kills those that attack with his mighty mace. Fate fuels him and drives him now.
Friends and Enemies
Friends:
Dalgaldan's friends are many, for always does he raise his shield in the defence of Middle-Earth. Most notable of them are Faodin and his many alternates (Kracker, Sultain, etc) who is a valorous raid leader, Gheti; my oldest friend who has seemingly retired from Middle-Earth a month passing, Hestah and his many alternates (Hestahjr, Alural, etc) who aids others and expects nothing in return, and Angloff and his drunken and raucous nature(Got you there hehe). Brookethorne and her alternates and Pwint and his alternates are my in-game parents and general advisors and helpers, and I thank them both very much, henceforth they're special mention! And the many others that I have befriended who I could not fit here!
Enemies:
As Dalgaldan has made many friends, so has he created many dark enemies. (Note: None of them are real people, unless I have inadverdently done something to tick them off)
