Biography
Once a respectable farmer hailing from Combe, Bremel Jukes has long since been a notorious brigand. As a Blackwold, he rose to the rank of Captain before parting ways. Known by many names, real and false, he prefers being called Cap'n Jukes in person. When he is in the towns, he goes by his alias Fidlam Ben. With his designs lying within The Shire, he is regarded simply as Bramble by the ruffians therein. Titling himself The Tactician, he now fancies himself a small-time criminal mastermind. Heading his band of brigands, Jukes's Men, he aims to establish a small-scale domain, Jukesia, out of the Green Hill Country and its environs.
