  +1% Tactical Mitigation

Effect Information

Using a Torch within the Legacy of Morgoth 3-Man Instance Ashunûg, the Fane of the Accursed applies this effect to yourself.

While active, all members of the fellowship within 10m gain  Torch Light. This effect protects against taking damage from  Curdling Shadow.

Players with this effect apply  Torch Light to enemy targets.

This effect lasts 40 seconds on Tiers 1 and 2, but only 20 seconds on Tier 3.
