Effects

Using this skill places a Trap on the ground that lasts for 1 minute, until an enemy enters it. The first enemies to enter the trap are dealt damage and are applied the following effects:

The Minstrel skill  Call to Greatness resets the active cooldown of this skill.

Trait Interactions

  • The trait  Combat Traps in the Trapper of Foes trait tree reduces the cooldown of this skill by up to 15 seconds and increases the damage by up to 50%.
  • The set bonus  Heightened Senses in the Trapper of Foes trait tree makes it so that the active cooldown of this skill is reduced by 5 seconds when the Hunter evades an incoming enemy attack.
  • The trait  Advanced Placement in the Trapper of Foes trait tree makes this skill ground-targeted at a range of 10m. Further ranks increase the range by up to 10m.
  • The trait  Complex Mechanisms in the Trapper of Foes trait tree increases the resistance penetration of this skill by up to 10%.
  • The trait  Natural Extracts in the Trapper of Foes trait tree increases the bleed damage of this skill by up to 25%.
  • The trait  Barbed Fury in the Huntsman trait tree increases the bleed damage of this skill by up to 20%.
