I have a Westemnet Standards recipe in my list. Not sure if that is the same as the Eorlingas Standards recipe listed. (It is also possible that the scroll was labeled as the latter, but the recipe one learns by reading it has the other name. I don't know.)

Westemnet-level Guild Improved recipes produce min lvl 95 armour: Assault gear of the Deep (light), Combat gear of the Deep (medium), and Cloak of the Deep. Halgoreth (talk) 18:41, 2 December 2013 (UTC)

According to this list, Westemnet Standards (min level 90) is a basic recipe and Eorlingas Standards (min level 95) is a drop. My tailor has both recipes listed. -Laineth (talk) 21:04, 11 December 2013 (UTC)
