Descriptions are completely worthless
The descriptions say you have to clear the southwest room. There IS NO southwest room. There is one room with no exits, and two elder morelendil guards, who cannot be damanged.
The only way to advance the instance is to hide in a window and let them attack you. Somehow, the window kills them.
