Something is odd with this guy, or rather the three quests he is said to offer. Either he is moved to Ost Haer that the quest said (I edited them on chance to Barad Dhorn) and then he should be updated. Or the quests were not updated but are correct now. Remember that when applying the location-templates onto old location pages I 100% rely on you guys having updated the related material :) Either way, we have both "revert" and "edit" capacities so nothing is destroyed, maybe just out of synch for a time ;)
