Is this really the outfitter's name? Because there's an NPC in Thorin's Halls called Hatt, and he's a supplier. The Lorebook page on Hatt also only lists the supplier: https://lorebook.lotro.com/wiki/NPC:Hatt . --Fedaykin 15:22, 5 March 2008 (PST)
