Hargold Hardbottle is not found during Yule Festival. And i cannot remember the Kite quest, although i regularly play the Festival Quests. Can someone confirm that Hardbottle still exists? QNo (talk) 14:04, 29 December 2016 (UTC)
- The kite quest is from the Summer Festival, so it is not possible to confirm his existence.
