Just a quick summary of "evidence" for this location, courtesy of Zimoon. While it's not identified on the in-game map or in any banner text, Elladan does mention it during the text for the following quests:

• Intro: Elrond's Dream -- Objective 1 and 2
• Intro: Honing Your Skills, the Elf part
• Intro: Where Skorgrím Sleeps -- Objective 3

There may be more instances of this small camp being identified - feel free to add them here. To my knowledge, this is the first location page we've put together that isn't "really" a location, but there's enough going on here that it warrants some kind of documentation.
