This article says:

"Equipping any two traits in The Watcher of Resolve trait line increases the healing done by this skill by 10%."

But according to all other documentation, 3 traits are needed, not 2. For example: The_Watcher_of_Resolve

The improved version of this spell has the same description/problem: Improved Chord of Salvation
