Tactical (strategy)

Tactical

Tactical is a form of combat that can take place either in Melee or at Range and cannot be blocked/evaded/parried. This is due to tactical skills not originating from a weapon, which cause physical damage. Instead these skills are usually in the form of something spoken/screamed at the enemy, elemental damage from a spell or the placement of a debuff on the enemy. These skills can instead be resisted.
