The Estate of Tahlib Salaam was established in Summer 2013 in an attempt to acquire the most sought-after artifacts and lore of Middle-Earth. It's primary focus is to remove the shroud and veil of the most unobtainable relics, coveted knowledge and secluded locations held in LOTRO. The Estate itself is a large Kinship House and an attached Deluxe House situated in the Fanwater neighborhood of the Bree-Land Homesteads

Tahlib Salaam | Lord and Protector of The Estate, Tahlib is a renown Lore Master who established the estate to fulfill his vision of cataloging the finest artifacts from around Middle-Earth. His dream is that The Estate will become home to one of the finest museum's ever known to Arda. He is also a keen keeper of animals, and is rarely seen traveling without a friend of some sort, whether it be a horse or a goat, a snake, bear, hare, cat, dog, fox or a sparrow. Tahlib is also an avid pipe-weed connoisseur and keeps a look out for new strains whilst on his journeys. |

Chatelaine | The name Chatelaine, meaning "The mistress of a large, fashionable household or estate" or more precisely "Castle Commander", can also refer to a small decorative key chain, usually worn by females suspended from a belt. Therefore, the Chatelaine is sometimes fittingly known as "The Keeper of the Keys". The Chatelaine's main duties are to uphold the appearance and smooth running of The Estate in the absence of the Lord of the Estate. Chatelaine's main past-times are maintaining her fashionable clothing and sampling the finest beverages that Middle-Earth has to offer. |

Astronomer | A Historian and Scholar, The Estate Astronomer is a deep thinking burglar with an eye for maps and an ear for lore. Her main duty is to track down the most ancient text's and rare artifact for the benefit of The Estate. She has an overwhelming obsession with the sky, especially the stars and planets, most of the time Astronomer can be found reading or writing about the astral subjects. Naturally, she is fond of Pipe-Weed and spends her nights eating well, reading well and enjoying her favorite Wizards Fire pipe. |
