This skill can also be used in  Bear-form: doing so transforms you into  Man-form first.

Trait Interactions

• The trait  Bleed Damage in The Claw trait tree makes this skill apply the Slash bleed to the enemy target. Further ranks increase the damage of the bleed by up to 25%.
  
• The trait  Encouraging Strike in The Roar trait tree makes this skill tier up the Aiding Strike effect on the Beorning. Further ranks improve the potency of the buff.
  

Tracery Interactions

• Beorning DoT Pulses & Swarm Debuff Duration increases the duration of the Slash bleed by up to 12 seconds.
  
• Slash Damage increases the damage of this skill by up to 38.5%.
  

Armour Set Interactions

Equipping both pieces of the Insignia of the Shagâni Claw jewellery set acquired from the Legacy of Morgoth instances increases the duration of Slash by 3 seconds.

Tactical Information

Slash is primarily used by Red-line Beornings for damage. When traited, this skill has a fairly powerful bleed component, so damage Beornings will often swap into Man-form to put up this bleed onto an enemy target before swapping back to Bear-form.
